Monkeys are fun and loving persons who are always cheerful and energetic. They are very clever. Give a monkey a boring book to read and he'll turn it into a Musical. Better yet, he'll invite everyone to see it free! That's how talented, creative and generous monkeys usually are.

If you go to a party, you'll find Monkeys at the center of attention. Their charm and humour is the key to their popularity.

Sociable and diplomatic as they may appear, they can be deceptive sometimes - they hide their opinions of others beneath their friendliness. But they don't hide their emotion. You can probably tell how a monkey is feeling from miles away - they want everyone to know how happy or depressed they are.

Monkey people are very good at problem-solving. Wherever you are, whoever you may be, if you've got a problem pick up the phone and dial-a-Monkey. Monkeys know how to listen closely and work out solutions at the same time. And because Monkeys' curiosity, they usually have a great thirst for knowledge. Still they have few scruples - they could be unreasonable sometimes, and they have the ability to persuade themselves and everyone around them to believe that they are doing the right things.

Some say monkeys are self-centered, some say they are opportunistic, some say they are guileful, but monkeys couldn't care less - because they are also indifferent.

The monkey has a good chance of becoming famous or well-known. Whatever they do, their charm and luck will make them successful. As friends, Monkeys are both loyal and devoted, as lovers, they can be passionate and yet flighty - they can fall easily in love but will get tired of the relationship and look for another.

Most Monkeys have one fetish - FOOD. They are not pigs, they don't stuff themselves with food, instead, they just have this habit of eating snacks whenever they like, and wherever they like. And one last truth about monkey people is, they adore bananas. Go visit your monkey friend's kitchen, I bet you will find some bananas there.

My sisters were gettin ready for school today when I noticed that one of them wore a spaghetti-strapped top. I as ked her about it and she said it's allowed. The last I know, under the DLSU handbook, students weren't allowed to wear spag straps, halter, and tube tops to school. Doin so would constitute a warning or a minor offense.

Now, only tube tops are not allowed. Lucky students.. When I was still studyin there (so we're goin down the windin memory lane), even sandos (now the racerbacks) are not allowed. I remembered the time the D.O. reprimanded me for wearin a sando when I was just wearin a what was clearly a sleeveless top with a sporty look. Definitely not a sando. But bein the good gurl that I am, and me bein scared that I would get a minor offense, I went to U-Mall to buy myself a baby T. Meaning with sleeves na. And I made sure that even a centimeter of my tummy won't show. Tsk tsk..

My life would be much much easier when they allowed that that time pa lang. Gone would be the days we would bear with the stifling heat we would always feel with the cardigan worn on top of the spag straps. Gone would be the days when we would feel comfortable in the air-conditioned room and the dizzyin feeling we'd get when we go out of it.

I am listenin to this Chinese CD (oo na G.I.) that I bought in Beijing. Ah, memories again. The translation of the song title is "Heaven." I remembered seein the MTV of this song. It's a lot like Sassy Gurl, the gurl bein so bossy but she fell for the guy. Difference is that the gurl is dyin. It's a sad sad song. But it reminded me of Beijing once again. 5 months ago, if you tell me I would be listenin to Chinese songs and watchin Chinese MTV, I would have laughed my ass off. See, goin to China opened my eyes. Ü

ARGH! My fone went dead! When I opened it, it said "Start up failed. Contact retailer." AAAAAAARRRGGGHHH!!! I really hate 6600! This is the most sirain fone. So now, I'm formattin it. Good thing I know how to format it myself or I would have to shell out at least 200 bux (sa kakilala, 600 sa random stall) just to have it fixed. I hope it works...

..............................................................

..............................................................

Thank God it worked! This is I think the fourth time this happened. And I just startin usin it last October 2004. I can't wait to change my fone. But I'm gonna save up muna for it.

I'm gonna do my walk-ins tomorrow with Carlo. Good luck to me..

I have decided to do at least one good deed a week startin yesterday. Blame it on the extreme happiness I felt this week. I just want others to feel at least a bit of what I'm feelin by doin somethin that will make them smile.

I finished Carlo's blog layout yesterday. The same Hed Kandi art is now my Ibook wallpaper. Ü Although I appreciate the art and not the music (Don't kill me please!), Hed Kandi has been makin waves since I've been hearin about it way back.

I'm gonna do Angela's blog next. Ü

If you've read my other posts, I have said that when things work out, I'll post the letter I gave my parents here. But due to some sensitive issues, I am now goin back on my promise. I guess some things are just better left unspoken. I think that postin that letter will just stir things up if read by the wrong people.

I found some Swarovski designs that I had totally forgotten about when goin through my things this morning. I am really tempted to start my biz again but I'm thinkin it won't be that good of an idea since the Swarovski fad has started to take a nosedive. To anyone readin this pls help me decide. :p Should I or should I not?

I'm goin for do some walk-in's at Makati this Friday. I haven't found the job I'm lookin for yet, and I really want to start workin already! Carlo kept tellin me to be patient but I'm goin crazy here not havin somethin to do that I like and not bein able to go online the whole time I'm here. Even though I didn't take up ComSci back in college, I have this, should I say, passion for anythin techie. I have only learned the most basic of the basic HTML in school, the rest I learned by myself by surfin the net. And you know what? I enjoy it. Ü I was tellin Carlo yesterday that I regret not takin up Multimedia back then. If I did, then I would be makin a lot of money now doin the things I like to do! hehe

I'm plannin to go to Greenhills this weekend to look for some tops that my sis wanted. After all that she's done to me, it's the least that I can do. There are some gurls at GirlTalk sellin tops that are really nice, so nice that after only a day or two, the good ones are all out of stock. I saw some of it in Greenhills the last time I was there, so I'm goin to try and see if they still have them to have it brought to the States by anyone goin there. I love shopping, but I'm tryin to save up. This will be one treat I give my sis. Lucky her. bwahahaha!

Today is one of the happiest day of my life. I talked to my dad yesterday after gettin home from Rockwell. I don't have any clear memory of how we talked but at the end, my dad told me to just try out the thing with Carlo but to also keep my options open. That is good enough for me. I'm really glad that my dad decided to give him a chance to prove himself and to get to know him.

I woke up feeling like I'm filled with sunshine that's threatenin to burst any time. It feels like a huge block of burden has been lifted and my shoulders felt light. Literally.

I went to Victory at the Fort yesterday for church. It's as if they knew we're gonna be there because the topic just tugged at my heart and conscience. It's about mountain movin faith and mountain climbin faith. If there is an obstacle along your way, you can tell it to go away and if it doesn't, then you have to climb over it to get to your destination. I think that what we should have is the mountain climbin faith. In the case of my parents, I had to have a talk with them in order to get the problem out of the way. I prayed to God to guide me and to show me what's right, and that it's His will to choose for me. I prayed that if things work out, I will go to church every Sunday to show my thankfulness and to strengthen my belief in Him. I know I've been neglecting Him because it's been a long time since I last stepped inside a church (that was in Beijing). I now believe that everythin is possible thru prayers. I have never been a believer in prayers because I thought, billions of people are prayin everyday and there's no way that God answers each and every one of them. If He does, then why do we still have poor people and those who die of diseases? But that day taught me a lot. I have learned to put my faith in Him and just let Him guide me even though sometimes I'm not sure about his decisions. I like that church, the environment is just so friendly. I think we'll be goin back there. Ü

All I can say is that it feels so good to have one problem solved. One less problem to deal with. Happy is the word. Ü
